Season ticket sales drive from SISU

It wasn't just the "SISU Factor" either. Gillingham - Yeovil was an eye-opener.

One particular poster likes to use a certain phrase so I'll borrow it off him: Cause and effect.

Lies damned lies and statistics, eh? MMM is trying to pull the wool over our eyes, isn't he?

I absolutely agree. We shouldn't have moved. However, we reached that point because of the string of events that happened before. That's all I'm saying.

And nobody knew when the rent was pegged at such an unsustainable amount that CCFC would nearly go into administration and be bought by a hedge fund who wanted to reduce the rent so went to Sixfields....And nobody knew when Bryan Richardson started the folly of a new stadium that we would be so...

You must be mistaken as I keep reading that no one was slagged off and was respected for their decision.

    State Aid...

That's what undid us,wasn't it? The rent was so high at the Ricoh because the idiots who ran our club (and ACL) presumed we would get promoted back to the promise land. Within months it became clear to everyone at the Club what a disaster it was. And continues to be. West Ham could be in...

Price reduction : Guess the crowd for Crewe

I get all the emails from the club, but none from the Trust.

I don't know. I just joined in with everyone else. I thought we had put it all behind us. But to be honest I don't think we ever will.

Season ticket sales drive from SISU

To be honest if someone wants to go to Wasps to watch then good for them, wouldn't do it myself. I only have an issue with people like those from the Trust and Italia who moaned about morals with people going to Sixfields yet support Wasps. As I said at least those going to Sixfields were...

Season ticket sales drive from SISU

Yes, because those who went to Sixfields were supporting the team they have supported all their lives, for decades in some cases. Those going to watch Wasps are not, they are supporting a team who have been parachuted in. Many in the Trust are the biggest hypocrites. Won't go to Sixfields as...

Are Wasps still considered a London side?

They dropped London from their name last year and London from their company name this year, so they're certainly trying to sever the ties.

    Bristol City club shop..

Ooh, I don't know. There's room for a pasting table at one end. I'm sure they'll charge a nice healthy rent for it.

Bit harsh that. He's a fan like all of us. Just because someone will renew as soon as they can - I will regardless - doesn't mean that I don't have any hope for improvement. As for the landlords nonsense. They've made it clear where we stand. There's nothing, as fans, we can do about the...

As my Dad reminds me every time he is mentioned we interviewed him but Pressley got the nod.

CRFC not consulted on Wasps preferred match day of Saturday

Funny, ain't it? Now all the smiles have faded and the handshakes and back slapping is forgotten we're seeing the real Wasps and what their plans are: playing on Saturdays, no deal for CCFC, moved here for the money, etc etc. The words of Ann Lucas are ringing very hollow now. Some of us...

Season ticket sales drive from SISU

I find it odd that at one point it seemed we had a new director or CEO every other week. SISU must realise that Fisher is pretty toxic so I'm surprised they haven't got rid of him before now. That one simple step would help build bridges and drive ST sales on its own.

    CCFC website

There seemed to be a problem with the site and it's now been fixed. Websites do have problems, don't they? Or is it just the CCFC one?

Yes, don't worry, we can moan about that at the end of the week.

I agree. Fresh start. Get rid of Fisher, employ Mowbray, let him have a new backroom staff. Get rid of the dross.
