The way it was explained to me by a lawyer at work is that the English courts look at the application of the law in detail. So a judge can sit there thinking this is dodgy but as long as the letter of the law has been applied is powerless to do anything. The EC on the other hand can look at...

It also covered other organisations so if CCC were found to be in the wrong and hit with a huge fine, even if it had no impact on Wasps, CCFC would be the ones paying.

That would mean we were in the same position as when KMPG were trying to find buyers. Once people found out stadium ownership wasn't an option the only people who were interested were SISU. Posted exactly that on the Telegraph Facebook page. Why is he yet again allowed to come out with BS completely unchallenged?

Wouldn't that mean the club ceasing to exist? Exactly, Wasps might think £5m a season is fair but the club aren't going to sign up to it. Shouldn't just be one side dictating terms. Is there something about to come out? We've had Wasps piping up recently. Duggins in the Telegraph today and now...

    Ponticelli recalled

Makes sense with Ponti. If he's not getting minutes either have him here in the U23s or send him somewhere he will get gametime.

Maybe I'm being naive but I'd just take that as he's picked up a knock so the club let him go home for a few days over Xmas. No issue if that's the case, in fact I'd say it was good management by Robins. No point him sat around in Cov on his own over Xmas if he can't train or play.

What was going on there, we were all over the place. And surely the ref should have stopped play as soon as Marosi is down clutching his head?
