The rule changes over the last few seasons just seem to be with the intention of making every aspect of the game signifcantly worse.

Rule changes in football should be able to be implemented at any level, from Sunday leagues up to champions league. Therefore, back pass rule change early 90's fine. Handball changes, (grudgingly) fair enough. VAR can't even be implemented everywhere at a professional level, let alone anywhere...

Nice one. I managed 62:40 which was mission accomplished. I knew with the training behind me i was probably capable of running in the 62's. Slight twinge of disappointment as i was well under 62min pace at halfway, but there was a pretty ferocious headwind all the way (it was a linear race)...

With the best will in the world, you're not going to dramatically increase your fitness/endurance in two weeks.... I'd just get back out used to having time on your feet... wouldn't do any distances that are going to take you overly long to recover from (you'll know better than anyone else...

I saw numerous incidences of it, all down Moseley Avenue and Holyhead Road. But yes the most numerous were at the junction of Long Lane and Tamworth Road, including a minor altercation with a guy who got out of his car to have a go at some poor volunteer.
