    He definitely gave the impression he was, I was impressed at how quickly he seemed to grasp it all, disseminate it. Break it down to what was relevant what was bluster. Then from what was relevant deduce a speedy hypothesis. Each party accepted it and all seemed a bit reluctant to challenge him.

    It costs SISU a lot more to do their counter claim. I don't think the counter was as some say just to get documents in the public domain. I believe it was to force the charity to back down

    Sorry thought you asking if I was there, as in to say how can I say I want the same judge if I wasn't there. So I was explaining what i liked about him to quantify my comment. I wasn't there, but I could see why that would be intriguing if I was.

    Same judge for the Higgs proceedings. I felt the judge would not accept lies or propaganda. He would slice through the rubbish. He very quickly came to a clear, rational and fair decision accepted by all

    Not sure. How do you he would have faired if he raised the matter to parliament back then that we were to be sold to a hedge fund as oppose to going into administration? I am more concerned about the now what we actually can influence. He is easing the matter in parliament them great

    For me the Ricoh would make more sense as you will get more people as there is less travel involved. You will also get more taggers on ie family and friends who would not normally be moved to protest. The bigger the number the better and the bigger number will naturally happen at the Ricoh...
