    Just one point he was incumbent as a "previously elected PM". Don't know if that changes anything but personally it would with me. Edit:- it hasn't transpired yet and if they get away with delaying it the war was voted for this not as yet. And it isn't over yet as Kwerti is still adding to it.

    It may not materialize instantly due to projections but notionally that stamp duty cut would evaporate to the selling price within month's via estate agents seizing it on behalf of seller's of course inflating the market
