    George Floyd

Was going to post saying shouldn't he be portrayed as Middle Eastern not black but thought maybe that was the plan and it was just the Telegraph trying to stir things up. Quick google and this came up "Lorna May Wadsworth instead paints Christ as Jamaican-born model Tafari Hinds", seems a bit...

Definitely right to go with deaths. The testing data seems to be all over the place and when they won't release the number of people actually tested its virtually impossible to draw any reliable conclusions from the data they do publish. Do they publish the number of people admitted to ICU and...

It seems a very odd thing to refuse to hand over. Going by the fact the Leicester mayor has said they have been trying to get hold of the data for weeks it seems unlikely its just an oversight and more that it has been withheld but what possible benefit can there be in doing that?

What's everyone watching while on 'lockdown'?

Really hoping for more episodes. Even if not now while in lockdown then at a later date. A series 2 could still use the same format post lockdown.

But that's only for the national total. If you want to drill down into regional data it seems they're only providing data from pillar 1.

Just reading about it. They've only been passing on full data on pillar 1 which is ridiculous as pillar 1 and 2 are exactly the same test, only difference is pillar 1 is carried out by the NHS and pillar 2 by private companies. Of course no daily briefings anymore so they can't be questioned on...

    Rebecca Long-Bailey sacked

Pretty simple one, would have thought it was obvious from what I posted. But if you need it breaking down there is a part of the left wing Labour membership who fear Starmer's Labour will be, in their opinion, moved too far towards centrism from their leftist position under Corbyn. They, at...

    Bl**dy CET got me again!

As others have said I used to visit the site daily, not just for CCFC news but local news in general. Now I rarely go it. Its not just the clickbait headlines either. The site has so much advertising and autostart videos its practically unusable. Appreciate the advertising is needed but it...

    Rebecca Long-Bailey sacked

That's great but we're not in 2015 and Labour aren't in the middle of a leadership election. Also fairly important difference that Farage backed Corbyn on the basis that he was a socialist and the Labour Party is supposed to be a left wing party, not that Farage believed in Corbyn's politics...

    George Floyd

Racism is hardly an issue that has suddenly appeared out of nowhere. There must be hundreds, if not thousands, of anti-racism organisations. Nothing stopping anyone complaining about BLM getting on board with one of the many alternatives or even starting their own organisation. Not sure how just...

Would be interested to read more. To be honest I'm not sure why they're saying describing players as having pace and power is a negative thing.

Not sure being endorsed by Nigel Farage is going to do much to help the concerns of those on the left of the Labour party that Starmer is too centrist.

Hancock on fine form this morning on BBC Breakfast. Schools in Leicester are closing as children are spreaders. Number of people tested is irrelevant. No wonder we're so far behind everyone else with these incompetent idiots in charge.

It s a bit of a joke if what is being reported in correct. Closing shops and not opening bars but doing nothing to stop locals travelling. Again look at other countries, when they had local lockdowns the travel network was locked down as well.
