Regarding the suggestion the NDA can't be dropped because other parties need to agree to it. If you believe that surely the easy answer for Wasps is "yes we're happy to drop it if everyone else agrees". Why are they saying no on somebody else's behalf?

Notice Wasps statement is nice and vague and doesn't actual address any of the specific issues such as the EFL directly informing them of a deadline.

Wasps statement stinks of BS. Realistically who else is involved in talks around us playing at the Ricoh? You've got the council as freeholders who say they aren't involved, Wasps themselves and the football club (who have said they are happy to drop the NDA).

I think there's a loophole where you can have a temporary stand up for something like 30 days without planning permission. Although on a practical level if you're talking multiple stands for 15K you obviously wouldn't be able to keep taking them up and down to avoid getting planning permission.
