And it would have been attractive to new buyers. A football club with a big fan base and a stadium with a 250 year lease! Even I think they would have been queuing up. But alas, it wasn't to be. The Londoners have it now.

Well, I remember people on here writing to their councillors begging them not to sell to SISU as they would mortgage the Ricoh as soon as they got hold of it. Quite amusing that Wasps did the same thing within weeks. If SISU had've got hold of the Ricoh then I reckon there was a good chance...
