Did SISU drop their European Court Case ref Coventry Council?

Depending how Wasps intend to refinance we might get an answer at that point. If they intend to do something similar to the bond issue they would surely have to flag up an ongoing issue like this.

Can only gusss but given the point has always been not to overwhelm the NHS then the threshold will be when we can go about daily life without a risk of the NHS not being able to cope with the number of hospitalisations that generates. While I dislike the 'its just like the flu' I suspect that...

    Ghislaine Maxwell

Can only speak for myself but if someone accused me of being a pedofie I'd want it to be in court ASAP to prove beyond any doubt it wasn't true. I wouldn't be spending a fortune trying to find any legal technicality to get the case thrown out.

    Wasps downward spiral...

If 30% of paid ticket holders for Wasps games are no-showing that surely has to be a worry. Even if it is replicated across the league it is just further proof that people aren't really that bothered about rugby. Looking at our attendances and lack of available seats in many blocks I'd be...

EFL suspend match day Covid testing.

Clubs are still testing as they deem it a responsible thing to do in terms of player welfare. The EFL have only said it is no longer mandatory. If a club on the day of the game says they don't have enough players to fulfil the fixture due to covid the EFL can't really force them to play.

There's no perfect solution that will 100% guarantee nobody getting covid. Its about finding a balance where mitigations have minimal impact on peoples everyday lives, especially if this is going to be around long term. Why are vulnerable people advised to avoid the unvaccinated if it makes no...

The thing that is often missed is that there will be a group of people locked away in their homes while everybody else carries on as normal so at some point a choice has to be made if the group that suffers should be the vulnerable or those who take the choice not to be vaccinated. The advise...

    Wasps downward spiral...

That's what I find frustrating with Wasps supporters. This has all been obvious from day one and pointed out on here over and over again, and those that keep an eye on their forum have said they have mocked SBT for saying those things. Over 4 years on Vaughan comes out with the same thing we've...

Andrew saying he only knew Epstein because he was such good friends with Maxwell isn't looking like a great defence at the moment.

Fair play or stop being a tit?

Its hard to take the likes of Klopp seriously when, in non-covid times, the second there's a gap in the schedule they jet off somewhere to play in some meaningless tournament.

Fair play to him. Not his fault footballers are ridiculously overpaid.

There's some potentially good news on getting the rest of the world vaccinated. As we know the issue has been the companies who have developed the vaccines refusing to relax the patents to allow mass production at low cost. However it looks like there could be a new vaccine where those...

    Wasps downward spiral...

How does that make sense? They had a bar and shop, closed the shop to open a second bar but now have one bar closed and no shop. They've spent money to go backwards! What are the odds that the new shop will be part of the work paid for by the taxpayer? You have to laugh when they blame lower...

The clubhouse presumably is a bar. If you can't afford to staff the bars on a match day that's not a good sign!

Can't find those figures, sure they exist somewhere. Closest I can find is data for people who've died from covid. By far the biggest group in terms of comorbidities is dementia and alzheimer's disease which accounts for over 25%. Also in the top 5 are Ischaemic heart diseases (10%), influenza...

The obesity argument is surely the same as the with covid or from covid argument. The number of people admitted to hospital with their weight as a primary cause is surprisingly low for a country where 63% of the population are classed as overweight, the most recent figures I can find on the NHS...

The diet industry in the UK alone is worth £2m. I'm pretty sure if you told people they just needed to turn up at their doctors every 6 months for a jab you'd pretty much eliminate obesity overnight.

What's happening to all these people picked up off the streets and bundled into vans? Even if you take one dose as vaccinated...
