I suspect because your doctors have had to go through everyone's medical records to see how gets covid jab priority. That's mainly the same people who are eligible for the flu jab. I've been able to get a flu jab due to health issues for the last few years, never had a notification from my GP...

    £25 voucher

Are there many people not using theirs? Maybe @Sky Blue Pete could have a word with the supporters forum and see if they could be donated to the Family Zone.

Didn't realise some clubs have already gone down the vaccine passport route. Know someone who went to Ipswich at the weekend, thought they were on the wind up when they said there were covid checks to get in, including onsite testing.

    Brexit Benefits

One of the BBC reporters, not sure who I missed the beginning and didn't recognise the voice, said on the radio that this is the result of campaigning in the last election. Seems people will quite happily dismiss failings of recent Conservative governments with the promise of changes from a...

Well there's no way I can afford what I'm being quoted for insulation so that might have to be the plan! Probably better anyway as it will be external insulation and therefore it will have to be rendered. No point doing that first then have the windows changed and risk them messing up the render.

Best TV shows or movies you can recommend

I've downloaded the first 4 episodes of the US version of Ghosts. Not watched them yet but the reviews are far better than I expected. Apparently the first two are basically copies of the UK version but episode 3 is an original.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Budget was a bit of a non-event. Followed the template, lots of bluster, re-annoucements and shifting targets. Oddly given what's happening at the moment not one mention of climate. Credit where its due. Milliband and Reeves have both done a good job today. Although not sure things being...

Good start to the budget, a bollocking for Sunak for most of the budget being leaked in advance.

Who did you use? I thought the first quote was expensive so got two more and they were the same! Getting rid of the shitty pebble dashing would be a nice bonus on top of not freezing.

We're so lucky that the country is in such a good position with no problems at all that PMQs can consist of questions about cheese toasties and songs for children.

    Blues...off the pitch

We've got a not insignificant section of our support who love to constantly talk about impending trouble. How many times did we hear of impending 'carnage at New Street' when going to our games at St Andrews and how many times was there any actual trouble? Problem is there's the danger that it...

I've had three quotes, all roughly the same. Because there's no cavity to fill its either internal insulation, which makes all the rooms smaller, or external. There's then the added bonus that part of the external walls are pebbledash which is seems to be a pain to insulate over and therefore...

Also worth checking with your own doctor. I got jab one and two from my GP and had a call from them to book in jab three. My Dad had his first two at his GP, different surgery to me, and again got the call direct from them. My Mum had hers at Stoneleigh which is now closed, not sure if that's...

Having just had some quotes done to insulate my not particularly big house I'm starting to think these protesters have a point that it needs government funding. Older house without cavity walls, apparently a common issue in this part of Cov, looking at £7K+ to insulate a 2 bed terrace :eek...
