    Things that annoy you

indeed, I don't really give a shit if Tesco know what I buy. tbh I probably fall into a gap between people who are completely oblivious to what happens with their data and people who fully understand data science. Know enough to be slightly suspicious that someone is up to no good :ROFLMAO:

It's astonishing the number of people on twitter and Facebook who can't grasp the fact that if a season ticket holder doesn't turn up you have an empty seat.

    Things that annoy you

Think it's just a lack of trust. Plenty of people, myself included, thought the same way about their data in general with things like Facebook but then you have things like Cambridge Analytica and you start second guessing what is 'safe'.

There was a C4 Dispatches on concert ticket resale, which isn't illegal, but it showed that the tickets were never being sold at face value. They were passed directly to the resale sites, companies like Ticketmaster own both the primary and resale platforms. Also showed how many people never got...

There's a few options. Clubs can partner with a resale site, resale is not illegal if the club in question has authorised it (which of course in reality means the club is getting a cut of the money the site takes). The other options are they are selling them and hoping they don't get caught, or...

Think selling a game on your season ticket is a bit different to just letting your mate use it as a favour. Isn't resale of football tickets without the authorisation of the home club technically illegal?

Does anyone follow the footyscan twitter account? Really highlights how we're getting screwed on price and quality. https://twitter.com/FootyScran

Road Closure A444 After the Match.

There's issues with pedestrians and motorists but not sure we want to end up in a situation where we're discussing whose fault it was when someone has been seriously injured or even worse killed. Just taking leaving yesterday as an example the bottle neck at the top of the stairs on the north...

    Kitching

is the ref allowed to watch a replay before filing his match report? Robins doesn't really speak about officials but explicitly said yesterday that the ref hadn't seen it which makes me think that's something he's been told by the ref. could the ref then look at the footage himself and put in...

potentially more trouble than its worth. we all know that unless people selling their ticket got 100% of the matchday ticket price they'd kick off about being ripped off by the club when in reality at best you'd get a percentage back and have to pay fees to whatever service we used to facilitate...

maybe its just in that corner. we don't even have the same steward every game where I am let alone them knowing peoples names and not once have I even been asked to show I have a ticket let alone that I'm in the right block and prove my name they aren't going to be very excited with any intel...

how the fuck would anyone know? If an adult is going in on an adult ticket unless you're acting like a twat and get your ticket checked how would anyone know I've never been asked for any form of ID to prove its me named on the season ticket

Has anyone got the rest of that? Sounds like they're actively looking to do something about the south stand which is good news. What is the issue with the balcony? I thought it was just that it was corporate and people stayed inside.

Has there actually been a clampdown? They've made an effort to stop adults getting in on kids tickets which is fair enough but I havent' seen anything that would suggest if you lent your season ticket to your mate there would be an issue. The family zone thing has been an issue all season...

    Recruitment has been shocking

I know people are quick to decide we're relegation certainties every season but this year was something else. A huge amount of changes including losing two of the best players in the division yet people expected us to be going on an unbeaten run from game one. We had Robins practically pleading...

Match Thread Coventry City - Sheffield Wednesday Match Thread - Tuesday 26th Dec

Don't think it was a get the Wembley hotel booked performance but it was a pretty efficient job. Not often we can rotate the squad and still put on a pretty clinical performance. Robins assessment was pretty much spot on for me.

    Kitching

this is a good point actually. we've had people saying that the officials are instructed not to get involved and just observe. Yet at the same time we've had people saying any retaliation at all from Kitching justifies a straight red. Surely if you're letting things run their course rather than...
