When he played for (I think QPR) vs us as the CBS, years ago he looked like one of the best CBs I had seen at this level. Do not recall what he was like at brum.
Quite a few of their fans after the play off game at the riverside, came up to me and my mate saying well done and good luck at wembley, they hope we win etc. seemed really nice bunch.
I can see allen starting for some experience in the side, starting all the friendlies lately. Torp might start the Bristol instead, I think he still looked a bit rusty and not fully fit yesterday. Hopefully Sheaf is back though.
