    SCG Meeting Summary from 9/7/2013

If I've got this right, Timmy claims that the original deal was for the council and SISU to each buy out half of ACL's bank debt. What actually happened was that the council bought out all of it. SISU then launched their legal action, claiming that this was an illegal act by the council...

Bond Not Payable Until End Of Third Year !!!!

Or: The FL disregarding its own rules to bend over backwards for an organisation that has manufactured a dispute to further its own agenda of obtaining a property asset on the cheap. I guess you take your pick....

Bond Not Payable Until End Of Third Year !!!!

Give them time - I expect they'll manage to.

Bond Not Payable Until End Of Third Year !!!!

I think that the bookies are refusing to take bets on this!

Bond Not Payable Until End Of Third Year !!!!

If that is true then..... Well, to be honest, words fail me! If anyone knows who dealt with this for the FL could they please let me have his details - there are some shares in a South American spaghetti farm that I'm sure I can persuade him to invest in!

The words "chocolate" and "fireguard" keep floating through my mind.

When does the player exodus start

It's OK, Timmy has told us that SISU have guaranteed the funding. Mind you, last summer he told us that they'd guaranteed funding for 3 years, but then after Xmas, liquidation was "inevitable", so I'm not sure what happened to that lot of funding. Hmmmmm

Is this board infested with SISU?

Tommy English had the unenviable task of trying to take over from Ian Wallace. JH was always a bit ahead of his time. Mostly it worked for him, but sometimes it didn't. He certainly had his moments of unpopularity while he was Chairman. He made me cry when I heard that Dennis Mortimer...

Is this board infested with SISU?

Yes we lost a lot of money on Detroit. I think that Collier went to Portland.

Is this board infested with SISU?

Well obviously they offered it to me! :) I chose Price Waterhouse though. A few years later they merged. I always assumed that the merger was Coopers attempt to finally get me to work for them........

Is this board infested with SISU?

A year or so after we signed Collier I was being interviewed for a job with Coopers, the accountants. The partner was a Bristol City fan ( well, to be fair, the job was in Bristol) and the whole 90 minute interview was spent discussing Collier's transfer and its ramifications.

Is this board infested with SISU?

And Collier was the first player to move under freedom of contract! I think we at least got our money back on him when he went to the States.

Is this board infested with SISU?

That must have been in the first game of the season when he made his debut alongside our other big summer signing - Gary Collier!

    Joker on cwr

Hadn't heard that - it did make me chuckle.
  17. DazzleTommyDazzle

    Cardoza

That simply can't be true. Anyone who's listened to Timmy knows that we need all our income streams to fund our push for the Champions' League.
  18. DazzleTommyDazzle

    Will you go to Sixfields

Don't listen to Wingy - me and the boys ave got our eyes on you!! :)

Is this board infested with SISU?

True. Think he sometimes suffered from being seen as "Phil Neal's favourite". I'm sure there was a story going round that they were related by marriage, but I have no idea if that was true. We've certainly seen a lot worse wearing the Sky Blue though!

He also scored twice when we beat Blackburn 2-1 at Highfield Road to make Man Utd Champions.
