Do you really think that the debt will be written off (i.e. out of the group)? TF has repeatedly said that there is no way the club will play at the Ricoh, so on what grounds do you think that the CVA would change that?

That wasn't my conclusion. My conclusion was that as with any general rule, there will be exceptions, but the general rule - I think - is valid. Not restricted to football either. Generally speaking, if you want quality you have to pay for it.
