Just take Brighton as a example, they have very talented players in their squad that's worth a hell of a lot money yet they have experienced players like Welbeck and Dunk in there, loads of teams do it aswell we need a few more older heads in our squad.

We have a talented squad and I am happy with the signings we made however were just a few bodies short, especially in midfield, I've said it before we're short of a ball winning DM, CM and a experienced CB. Hull signed Alzate and Burnley signed Egan which would of be good signing for us.
