Yeah all the gripes aired on here over the last few days (real though they are and needing to be sorted out) are trivial compared to the years when even having a club to support and a team to watch were in serious doubt.

My experience of the ticket office and shop staff has been really positive too, especially over the last few months. Around ten years ago, in the dark days when everything was cut to the bone, services got so bad that the club were actually making it difficult to give them money for anything.
