    Match Thread Middlesbrough ("H") - Tues 2nd March - 19:00 KO - St. Andrews

I thought Tavernier wasn't allowed to play until April 12th at the earliest.

I'm wearing negative pants... and I seem strangely attracted to you.

    Commentary on ifollow

I didn't know that Oggy is illiterate but I think it's great that despite that he's had a great career in football and is now ending it as a commentator. Dyslexia I presume? He'd have had it hard at school as it wasn't recognised back then. Fair play to him.

A reply to someone asking why Coventry haven't climbed the table since he joined: " it could be that his qualities require other players of similar ability around him " Confident lot but they don't rate us. Most of the posts in this Barnsley thread seem to be about different styles of clogs...

    Gyokores

They don't seem to be on the same wavelength at all. Max seems to start off going right but then changes his course when Gyo runs towards the same spot. I agree that Max ends up running too close (or did Gy run too close to Max?) and at one point Gyo considers passing but checks - and the...

Watch the full game from the 3 hour mark (81.30 on the clock) to see the incident again.

Match Thread Blackburn Match Thread - 27th Feb - 3PM Kickoff - Ewood Park

I just watched again. Their player does a Ronaldo-style thumbs up to a teammate after walking away. Cynical and nasty - I don't like people like that.

    Gyokores

Well, I think it was quite an intelligent run. He needs to stay onside and by running towards the centre he's getting himself closer the goal so he can see more of it. Gyokores should have the smarts to react to the run.

I thought that Max was going for the backheel. Had Gyokores read that Max would have been clean through to shoot just wide of the post.

Agreed but their guy did stamp on his thigh. I hope the club submits the evidence and he's sent off in retrospect.

Good chance for Zorro there, thankfully he fluffed it.

I think this is right. We are only an expensive large strong striker who can score from being a decent side. Add a David Speedie in midfield and strengthen at the back as well and we're contenders IMO.

    Ratings v Swansea

Just watched it back about 10 times. I cannot see a foul, just lots of people going for the ball. Wilson couldn't fully get to it but he seems to try and catch and maybe he could have punched. Either that or he should momentarily change all the atoms in his body and ghost through the other...

Missed the first 5 minutes as I thought it was a 7:30 KO. He's not been great whilst I've been watching. Hopefully he picks up for the next 45.

Decent first half. Hamer out of sorts again. Did anyone see a replay of the O'Hare penalty incident? Looked like one to me.
