He's a talented manager, he was sticking with Plan A for game 1, I don't mind that, but do understand the frustration. We played a solid team today baffled people are saying Hull will drop just can't see that at all
Doug likes to offer enticing installments, especially if we were to be promoted. There's every chance he pulls it off, they'll want cash rolling in over a few years so they can spend once the embargo is over.
We've spent bigger than this in previous summers and he has put 15 mill in this year...
I'd say we'd all have extremely uninformed opinions on them, glad we're playing Birmingham early-ish, hopefully they haven't gelled. Outside of the 4 games and any potential competition for a play off spot I couldn't care less about them. Both very cringe
We're all on a football forum to discuss a team of total strangers that haven't even started the season yet and we're not sure which ones will or won't be with the team yet.
Arent we the ones with too much time on our hands?! 🤣
'There's only one Clive Eakin' ringing round for his last home game would be great. Genuinely love his commentary I think he's one of the best at capturing big goals I've ever heard. He's also accident prone which is all part of it, it's like sitting next to a real fan at a game listening in
Yeh I've been there with work, uncomfortable and would refuse to go there in future. Think they were bombing Gaza and neighbouring countries while I was there 6 years ago but it all started on October 7th so I must be wrong!
Hard to focus on anything else, so nervous/excited for it. I have a feeling it's gonna be a right ding dong, like the Notts County league 2 play offs. Need the big moments, decisions and rub of the green to go our way, fine margins swing the pendulum and momentum. Cannot wait for kick off 🐘
They're like the MK Dons of countries.
In the doc and when I was there they came across as a 'nation' of American would-be school shooters. Bizarre that we continue to support it.
I'm actually more worried about losing to Sunderland than losing at Wembley. That would be absolutely vile. Those last 2 Wembley trips have made us hardy, we have a young squad locked in for a number of years the futures bright either way, these trips are what we should all live for win or lose...
Us and Boro best supporters in the league imo. The play off game up there was the loudest I've ever heard a home ground from the away end. Our home support is even louder than that these days CBS must be a grim place to visit
He needs to try Wilson. There is no way we get through 4 games to get promoted with Collins. He'll probably have 2 fine games hopefully tomorrow being 1, but the stats and everybody bar Lampards it's seems eyes show that he is simply incapable, however much Frank wants to be proven right on this
It shows how competitive the league is, not poor. Over 2 games per team this year I've not seen a team I thought was that bad. Plymouth under Rooney aside they're all capable teams, a few impressive teams and then the parachute sides skewing things at the top end
Not having a pop here, genuinely interested in the reasoning behind posting whatever you've supposedly heard. Nobody but the team, Lampard and his staff should know that information
Supporters clubs already allocated their lot. It is frustrating seeing people on their lists that would have nowhere near the points required. If you can't beat them join them so I'm signing up to one next season
Allen hasn't been that bad! Having said that, it's time for Sheaf. If we're to win the play offs we need him at his best with Grimes and Rudoni. Play our best players (of which he undoubtedly is despite some people slagging off an injured player) and try Wilson tonight
