The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

What now? We are leaving the single market and creating problems for ourselves. Germany is getting on with it’s own problems. My country? My country is making a fool of itself and I had to be prudent, like Grendel with his portfolio, and take out German citizenship to remain in the EU. Picked my...

That is not true. They are not changing the rules of 27 countries because one arrogant PM tells them to.

We are leaving the single market. May has said that. No one asked you whether you wanted to leave the SM. You’re leaving. It’s democracy, get over it. And it will effect your life far more than Selmayr’s appointment.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

No mate, I am watching your deflections and frustration as you see your beloved Brexit descending into a heap of crap. 27 heads of state representing 440 million people just sent out ridiculous PM packing. Priceless. Every one who voted for the vaguely termed „leave“, should hang their head in...

In other words you inadvertently admit that Macron hit the nail on the head, but rather than admit that openly, you join the other quitters in attacking Macron. I would say I am more in line with the younger British who favour remain than the older ones who voted 2 to 1 to leave, thus inflicting...

You’ve lost me now. You asked me to show that we don’t want to be in the single market, that was cleared long ago which is why we have the Irish border problem. If we left the EU but stayed in the single market there would be no border problem.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

No. We are leaving. We don’t want to be in the single market. We want to trade under WTO rules. There will be a border, otherwise we cannot trade under WTO rules. We will pay for it and be hated for it. Do you honestly think that Irish people will blame the EU? 800 years of being ruled, at least...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It is would be the WTO insisting on a border if we deal under WTO terms. Ireland and the EU are also party to the GFA. NI doesn’t decide on policy for the whole of Ireland. You talk about totalitarian...

He is referring to the EU minus UK and minus Germany as they are the one country expected to lose out from car sales. Blithering idiot. Greenland is not a fully independent country anyway. A bit of a special case.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The EU has asked the UK to work within the agreed rules of the SM. We helped write these rules. How is the EU dictating? The alternative would be 27 countries adapting to what we want. Basically what May is asking for and which won’t happen,

May has categorically said that. What she offers was a common rule book which would not be 100% binding and would allow for other trade deals. Don’t tell me that you hadn’t realised that we don’t want to be in the single market?

I have no idea what you are on about. Their own lawyers have admitted nothing of the sort. They have said that the 100 bn was not enforceable not the 39 bn.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

We told the EU we were leaving. We don’t want to be in the single market. This means we are a third party state and that there will have to be a border by WTO rules. The easiest way to avoid that is to keep NI in the single market. That way there will be no border on the island of Ireland. A...

Second referendum : am I missing something ?

Just checked. That’s all goods exported to EU countries not just cars. I was looking for cars and got that. Different stats. GB is the second most important EU country after France. GB was the second most important car export country after the USA. Here are the 2016 figures: Automobilindustrie...

According to the German office of trade‘s statistics about car exports in value. Export markets. Maybe they are different stats.

Yes, my wholesale beer prices went up because of a barley shortage, then a hop shortage, then because of the lorry toll on the Autobahn.... funnily enough, I am still waiting for a reduction now that diesel is cheaper and there is no talk of hop or barley shortages.

Left wing politicians aren’t insulting EU members and voting to stop sanctioning fascists. Clueless as ever.
