    Good news for Cov?

I agree about the entertainment style venue. I thought different floors of it could be used by businesses such as the indoor golf/cocktail bars, karting, escape room, Laser Quest etc as their all things that could suit the way the building is set out. Some might argue that a few of those might...

Could be looked upon as quite an unlucky shirt given we've chosen to play Brentford in it.

    Match Thread Norwich game night

Not going to go too overboard as expected to lose that game, but still disappointing to concede that second dawdling on the ball, just suprised we didn't do the normal thing of tugging them back, giving away a penalty and a red card. Was surprised to see Osti drop out to bring in Fadz, partly...

    Good news for Cov?

As I've put above i agree entirely and feel it could become a Brindley Place. Coal vaults as a small venue is pretty decent and if you had an arts centre on the corner of the ring road by J1 it'd be prominent position and draw people in. Our main performing arts centre is right on the outsdie...

    Good news for Cov?

Depending on how far back you go they did a bit with some office and apartments but didn't lead to anything more. Then a few years ago they turned the place into a conservation zone which pretty much killed any hope of transformation. Could be Coventry's version of Brindley Place.

    Good news for Cov?

Agree about the pavilion. Also find the layout a bit out. Would make far more sense to create a view throuogh from Croft road to New Union St, probably with a view of Christchurch from the Croft rd end to draw people in. Even more so if IKEA becomes that arts centre.

    High energy Cov players

Well he did use up a lot of energy for the club. We had to constantly have the lights on in the physio room.

Were Forest playing a lot of youngsters? They're top of the table whereas we're near the bottom.

But if he starts the nutters will push even harder to get things speeded up, esp if infections don't rise overnight after lockdown is eased. And once again i fer he'd pander to them. He filled the party with them and now he's got to keep them onside. The restaunt business wants "Eat Out to Help...

You may be right, but even so the way it's said make it seems like if he lifts restrictions in places he do everything he can to avoid putting those restrictions back in place even if cases start to rise again. If that happens he needs to be able to have the scope to reverse them. What he's done...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Same with Trump. Basically three word slogans seem to be the way to go. "Yes We Can" "Get Brexit Done" "Lock Her Up" "Build The Wall" So instead of "For The Many Not The few" could just be "For Us All"

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I'm assuming you're talking about the tactics rather than the corruption there... But it's definitely where other parties on the left need to improve - winning election. Don't bother with careful policy decisions and detail, just get a couple of catchy slogans and headliners, stick to...

    Man management this season

Yep. Reminds me of Soton a few years back, but they had Lallana and Lambert spearheading their attack. O'Hare and walker may be able to do a similar, if not quite as effective, job as those for us. Having our two first choice strikers out has really disrupted our progress.

    Match Thread Norwich game night

Anything other than a defeat I'll be delighted with. At the moment even a close game and a narrow defeat would probably exceed my expectations. No idea what to do with the LWB situation. Like others I think this could be a game to go more proper full-backs, but we've got no proper LB and...

    Liam Kelly

I see no reason why Kelly, Sheaf and Hamer couldn't play together, either as a three with O'Hare in front or with Sheaf and Kelly a bit deeper and Hamer slightly more advanced to try and do more playing in the strikers. He's also not afraid to have a pop at goal. How to fit all of them and...

Johnson press conference at 5. Wonder if he'll start announcing plan to ease lockdown. I also think the plan being 'cautious but irreversible' is a ridiculous thing to say. In a situation like this the one thing it needs to be is reversible. If things start going badly again we need to change...
