Yeah, I think you're right, it is a statement which SISU have no intention of following through.

Something myself & other have mentioned before and been lambasted for. Continuing litigation is no good for anyone, least of all the fans.

Exactly the same tactics as previously, they must know this already. This is just litigation to mire the other parties in a bog of court cases.

Sounds right. After all if SISU had purchased at that time the option of extending the lease would have become open to them.

I think the SISU argument hinges on whether the lease extension is included in the valuation on sale of the Arena. But I'm pretty sure the extension was done later. I suppose then it boils down to whether it was already agreed in principle at the time of sale.

So same old, mediation a bust, SISU are still hacking away.
