    Membership shirt

Is everyone intending to wear them? As its a one off with names on thought people might want to frame them.

    Final warning from Robins

Agree with this, there's not many players in our squad who Championship clubs would have on their list of transfer targets if we did go down. We've still got 5 players from the L2 squad - Kelly, Shipley, Biamou, Hyam and Jones. Although oddly I've seen people with one breath saying the players...

Best TV shows or movies you can recommend

I had a trial and didn't bother continuing. Bit crap you can't see what's on there without signing up. Found that the things I would have watched either weren't on there or were poor quality. It seems that when HD restores are done on older programs the rights to the new version is held by the...

Better to set a low number and then be able to reduce restrictions earlier than expected. Its normally the other way round which just adds to peoples frustration.

    Good news for Cov?

I don't really see the point of the pavilion. There's so many empty buildings in the city centre that could be used for the same purpose and it seems odd to knock buildings down to open things up to then put another building in that blocks everything back off.

    Good news for Cov?

Seems nobody bothered to tell the Airport staff or any of the tenants that they were planning to build a factory on the airport and they would all be losing their jobs / premises. Sounds about par for the course with the way the airport has been run.

    Good news for Cov?

The fact the Arts Council are involved and there's city of culture funding available makes me more hopeful than when we usually see artists impressions in the Telegraph that never get mentioned again.

    Good news for Cov?

The plans for Ikea are very exciting, the responses on the Telegraph report are however disappointing. A chance for a real attraction and something people would visit the city before and people are moaning its not being something like a trampoline centre! I think they need to knock some...

Help with 'offers in excesss' when buying a house

If you've already offered 5K over and they're messing about I'd be tempted to walk away as much as you might want it. Unless you think they've undervalued it and it is genuinely worth more.

    Don't sweat the small stuff

Pretty much the opposite for me. Years of shit and a seemingly never-ending downward spiral ground me down. Now when we lose I move on as soon as the match is over where before it would put me in a bad mood for days. Not to say I don't get pissed off, I like a moan as much as anyone!

How many kids are in school anyway under the essential worker rules? There's people where I work who are working from home but have their kids in school as their partners are eligible. Have also noticed its gone quiet at work this week and then realised its half term so seems there's enough...

    All purpose cricket thread

Poor performance from England and a great win for India but questions about the pitch. Not for a minute saying England didn't deserve to lose or it was down to the pitch but it can't be ignored. Agnew sums it up pretty well. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/56061842

Its a huge group. My surgery seems to be doing the 65-69 first but not sure if that's something they've decided or something mandated by NHS England. They did have to stop vaccinating for a while before starting the 65-69s at the weekend which they have said was down to NHS England.

House Renovations - Hints / Tips / Recommendations

Regular overtime is still a thing. Can’t remember the last time I had a week where I only worked my 8am-6pm hours. Don't get paid for it though, as I’m salaried I’m just expected to out the extra hours in to get the work done while cuts are made to the workforce.
