Is a 12month rolling contract not 12 months and then another 12 months once those twelve months are up? Like a monthly mobile contract. Can be cancelled at the end of each month with no cost to anyone. Therefore they could tell him that his contract will not be renewed at the end of this 12...

My dad tried to take me when i was that sort of age. We used to go to the reserves more than anything though and i hated it. Only got back into it about 4 years ago and worked there last season and this. If I wasn't working I probably wouldn't go up.

He might be acting manager at the moment, but I think the results show that he is not a manager. I'm sure any one of us could go to the club sit in the dugout and win as few matches as we have this season. He's a scout and a good scout.
