    Everyone still confident ?

I agree with that but we have taken 5 points from our last 6 games, Derby have taken 2, we are a point behind them with a game in hand. I was just pointing out that although today was disappointing, it has no bearing on whether or not we are going to get relegated, other than the 2 points lost...

I'm just stating facts. Not predicting any results, but we are not the only team struggling at the moment

    Everyone still confident ?

Derby have picked up 2 points in the last 6 games. They have lost to Millwall, Coventry, Cardiff, and Stoke and drawn with Brentford and Barnsley so they haven't particularly had a difficult run of games. They have Reading Norwich and Swansea to play in their run in, and Wednesday + Birmingham...

    Big big day

Yes they will, I'm sure Wycombe see today's game as winnable.

    Big big day

Today is just another game We also play Bristol, Barnsley, Preston, Millwall at St. A plenty of opportunity for enough points from those games alone.

Good job he doesn't play for Wolves then. Next thing might have been a nasty bite

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

It would work better for us if they moved our Barnsley game to Sunday because both us and Barnsley don't play again until the following Wednesday

They won't normally overturn a referee's decision unless it is something like mistaken identity. Especially when a penalty is involved and/or the result is affected. Out of interest does anyone know why Rotherham's Smith sending off was overturned? If the sending off had cost Rotherham points...

    Match Thread Wycombe

Baka surprised me, I know his stats are not good but he has played 290 minutes, equivalent to more than 3 full games over a total of 12, and has had 1 shot on target (0 goals)

    Everyone still confident ?

So you think Rotherham will get 20 points from 13 games? and Birmingham will get 15 points from 9 games? And Birmingham have to play Rotherham.

    Red card

I found this, it's premier league info but interesting if I read it correctly. Premier League players will be allowed extra leeway when it comes to ricocheted handballs. It is often impossible to avoid contact with the ball if it has deflected off the body of an opponent, team-mate, or even...

    Everyone still confident ?

The way I see it is, we have 5 home games remaining, Wycombe, Bristol C, Barnsley, Preston, Millwall We need as a minimum, 8 points from those games and a couple of away points. That should be enough, and an away win would obviously make things much easier.

am I correct in saying the handball rule was clarified so that the first contact is what counts, i.e. if it hits a hand after the initial contact it is not deemed a penalty?

I think total points scored in the top division is, or should be, one of the key definers of a big team.

Very subjective Talksport have us 30th, based on points scored in the top division, Bournemouth et al not in sight. https://talksport.com/football/287395/all-time-top-flight-table-top-40-english-football-clubs-ranked-points-won-first-division/ But another site 90min.com has us 46th with...

Why do we allow idiots like this on our forum? It's ok for rival supporters to come onto forums to discuss specific games or incidents with mutual effect, but Hackneyfox is just a WUM.

Predict results its crystal ball time

Blackburn will be ok, 3 more points and they should be safe. I can't see both Rotherham and BHam getting past the 47 the point mark. Wednesday & Wycombe both have too much to do now I think.
