Little look into him seems that he is a player in the mould of Liam Kelly and his contract is set to expire at the end of this month. Could be onto something.

Shins felt fine this morning so went for a 2 mile run. Shaved 30 seconds off last week’s time which itself had been 20 seconds quicker than the previous week. Pretty happy with the progress.
