Sky Blue Trust - Certainty of takeover

Won't the 10pt deduction not be taken off us this year though ? I thought the rules were there to stop any club gaining an advantage regarding the timing of an administration.

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

Nothing is 100% certain in business, so everything is a gamble. As ACL is a profitable company, ACL will pay out dividends to its shareholders ie Cov CC and Higgs Charity, once the mortgage is paid off. Hardly worthless

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

ACL's asset was the 50 year lease on the Ricoh and the Higgs Charity is a 50% shareholder in ACL. It was always intended that this arrangement was short term, to help CCFC out, and that CCFC would buy this back sooner rather than later. SISU have chosen not to buy it in the usual way, instead...

    Potential investors

Strange, because i read it as ACL benefited from £1m of Olympic related infrastructure improvements, and not £1m income

Surely the administration fees will be more than 200k though...they're certainly not cheap

    Potential "interesting news"?

Joy invested nothing...it was SISU's investors that she has wasted the money of IIRC ACL has made a profit every year it has traded...unlike CCFC under SISU control...it begs the question - which company has amateurish management eg Ken Dulieu, Onye Igwe etc ?

    Has Fisher Gone?

A statement which says nothing. Really...what was the point ? He claims they'd already prepared for this move by ACL, so how come the statement is so devoid of any action plan ?

    ACL start admin proceedings

Yes, radical solution SISU...pay the debt

    Investors

Even if ACL did give SISU the match day revenue for free, we would still not be a viable club, and we'd continue to make losses. Our wage bill is way too high-that is the big problem, and that is 100% under SISU's control.

SISU can make money on Coventry City liquidating.....

Your statement that 'my lot want the club to cease to exist' is factually incorrect I'm not part of any 'lot' My opinions are my own, just as yours are, and are equally valid. Just because you do a lot of shouting, doesn't make you right.

Another new(ish) poster claiming to be impartial, but showing his true colours with this post...the PR department at SISU HQ must try harder

    ACL Group 2012 accounts

Oooyyy Fisher...failing business is CCFC and not ACL, ie the one that you are chief executive of !! Bloody cheek and very hypocritical calling ACL a failing business.
