ACL's asset was the 50 year lease on the Ricoh and the Higgs Charity is a 50% shareholder in ACL. It was always intended that this arrangement was short term, to help CCFC out, and that CCFC would buy this back sooner rather than later. SISU have chosen not to buy it in the usual way, instead...

Joy invested nothing...it was SISU's investors that she has wasted the money of IIRC ACL has made a profit every year it has traded...unlike CCFC under SISU control...it begs the question - which company has amateurish management eg Ken Dulieu, Onye Igwe etc ?

A statement which says nothing. Really...what was the point ? He claims they'd already prepared for this move by ACL, so how come the statement is so devoid of any action plan ?

Even if ACL did give SISU the match day revenue for free, we would still not be a viable club, and we'd continue to make losses. Our wage bill is way too high-that is the big problem, and that is 100% under SISU's control.
