I’ll take that back , San Miguel and Mahou are produced by the same company along with Alhambra which is lovely. Madri was devised by Coors and a Spanish craft brewer but now owned and produced by Molson Coors…..it’s everywhere now. They do a good pint of it in the Gatehouse in Cov 👍🍻

I have to beg to differ, San Miguel yes but Mahou can be very lively and gassy. I’m sure all 3 beers are owned and produced by the same company from Madrid.

That came with those games and the incredible run we were on. That has to be recreated to maintain that level of interest. If our signings turn out to be superstars and we are flying of course more people will try and find that extra money but if things flop then like fuck will they.

I’d just like to point out I’m not a bandwagon fan…. I had season tickets for 20 consecutive seasons, I’ve done around 68 different away grounds following City but as with lots of people circumstances change and I can only do what I can do at the minute.

Probably financially, it’s a close run thing but knowing we will be out of the country for maybe 13 games we didn’t want to leave two empty seats unused.

The only relevance now is can we afford it and my first thoughts are the football will have to be good and we must be competing at the right end of the table to pay that money.

So in short for me and the Mrs, Cat A £74 per game CatB £60 Cat C £48 These are for seats away from the decent atmosphere . Add on Petrol, parking F&B, it makes for an expensive afternoon for 8/10 games a season.
