    Palmer was excellent in the main, a lot of work to do with Wright, Simms and Ewijk, all 3 looked a yard short of pace and work rate to properly excel at this level. Eccles was good too. The game changed when we lost Hamer and they changed Vardy. Loads to be proud of and be excited about.

    Da Silva and Thomas looked the part, Hamer is different class. Sheaf was awful and I’m very underwhelmed by Simms….Robins has some work to do with him. Overall we played well and were worth at least a point. Just needed that 2nd goal.
