The amount of player stat analysis on Football Manager to create the game is ridiculous though. It's not a bad starter for an idea as to how a player might turn out. The Quickly Kevin interview with the creator of Champ Manager is a real insight into it all (Season 1 Episode 4 on the podcast).

Dunno. What I do know is that they wouldn't be the first company to have "sold" land to a sporting team in Coventry and nothing come of it in recent years. IE Wasps & Severn Trent.

It's not though is it. From my house it's an hour on public transport assuming the stadium is located "near" Warwick Uni. That's on a good day. Add in 15K other fans trying to do the same journey using the same roads. It'll be gridlock.

It already is a competitive market. The only utility that isn’t is water at household level (it is at non-household). The margins in water are ridiculously small though on non-household so I don’t think it’ll come to the household sector personally.
