Phil Babb was as quick a centre back I've seen play for us

I remember a home game against Southampton (??) and he got absolutely nailed by one of their players who then berated him on the floor ,Hunt got up and dropped him with a headbutt received a red card and was carted off on a stretcher . He was a proper player , hard as nails

Steve , was one of my first boyhood favourites

BTA has been excellent for us this season but Rudoni is light years ahead of him as a player , suggesting dropping him is absolute folly

Think we beat these quite comfortably, keep Armstrong quiet and they are pretty toothless

Also within the current squad it could be argued that Rushworth has been a more important signing

Not even close I'm afraid . Great signing but others have been more important. Keane , McAllister , Gyokeres , Hamer McFadz and Doyle in recent times to name a few

That's fair enough . Personally see the Grimes signing as a Sheaf replacement as he was never fit . He's been incredible for us and long may it continue

Are you suggesting I'm negative? I try my best to be positive and pragmatic at all times , I just don't see Grimes as an all time great
