He is a big part of the problem. How can you say the football is decent? We play sidewards all the time. There's no spark in the side. The football is neat but no end product. He needs to find a formation which will bring out the best in the team. This diamond is not.

and is doing nothing with the crumbs. We need a manager who can bring the best out of the players and use the players to there best not play a formation which is not working.
