Good work from Kane at both ends - cracking cross-field pass to Shipley who should have had a go at goal with his volley; then got back to put the Reading player off when he seemed certain to equalise (but was still a terrible miss).

It’s not as if they start offering refunds either - total pisstake as said above.

My cousin has a box with his mates this season and it was a steal between ten of them. Club did well to get them all sold at a great price and they obviously expect to shift them even with 30% added. I went in once, v Fulham, and it was a cracking day.

Waghorn should have scored his second chance after the initial save - simple side-foot either side of the keeper. Then Kane should have scored when it fell to him. Unlucky overall - a class goal from either team before a shite winner. Lots of positives to take into the rest of the season.

Lovely goal; made a mug of Stephens to create that chance in the first minute, too. He's not very gracious but it's certainly effective how he beats defenders.

I took the kids to the England-USA women’s World Cup semi in Lyon a couple of years ago and found this song incredible. Even better/worse, was whenever an England player committed a foul the Americans would sing ‘You can’t do that’. They did make it an occasion, though, in fairness.

We’ve got two strikers in the top 10 scorers in the division. They’re not getting backed up by the midfield.

I thought it was bad last week but the crossing today has been rubbish. Decent enough half for us though and a fair score line.
