    Hmrc

I thought i heard it reported earlier, that if HMRC had voted for the CVA, it would have been passed...not that that was ever likely

Tim Fisher - on CWR NOW.

Is sponsorship a way of getting around the FFP for div 1 ? Presume it counts as revenue ? Need OSB for clarification :D

Could a new team be formed?

For me it would be the very last option, but with SISU not compromising in any way, maybe at least the threat of forming a new club to play at the ricoh, would bring them to their senses. They would then risk losing the use of ricoh and the ccfc fanbase for ever, and be saddled with a squad of...

good old coventry city council huh??

TSB - After your post yesterday regarding that poor, abused and deceased child, Daniel Pelka (which Nick had to lock and delete), you have no credibility left at all.

    its liquidation

To be fair, CCFC did originally own the revenue streams, but SOLD them - expecting them back for £0 is ridiculous. Also the rent problem could have been negotiated with ACL, rather than SISU just refusing to pay.

    The Apportion Blame Game

    Breaking news about Rent Deal

Very open-minded my friend  It seems you've already made your mind up about the deal, with absolutely no facts at your disposal.

    CCFC announcement on new stadium

Even if ACL accepted the CVA, and were due the £500k, who's to say that SISU would actually pay it - their payment record is frankly appalling.

ACL on CWR after 9am this morning

A bold prediction there my friend...wish i had an ounce of your confidence

ACL on CWR after 9am this morning

If the GS has been promised to holdings or otium upon the end of administration, then maybe liquidating ccfc will not lead to -15 ? I sure as hell have no idea, but maybe that was the inference.

    No accounting for the scabs!!

Well i do agree with you on one point...SISU will want to exit admin asap. However IMHO, that will not happen before the first 'home' match of the season, so if NTFC pull out, they will have little choice
  18. Danceswithhorses

    No accounting for the scabs!!

IMHO we still will be in administration, and as such SISU will have no say in the matter. Appleton will be forced to do a deal with ACL.
  19. Danceswithhorses

    No accounting for the scabs!!

The Ricoh-the offer is on the table from ACL and we can play there for free. SISU would have no choice but to eat humble pie, and a f*/ing large slice too, as Appleton would have to do a deal with ACL
