Didn’t enter this as my memory is hopeless these days, and no time to research, but enjoyed it anyway. Only got 3, and one of those was because I recognised Roy Jenkins... Anyway, good quiz, and I donated to the dogs trust anyway.

At the end of a boxing night party, i called Jim, my usual taxi driver, to get a lift home. By mistake, I dialled a mate's number instead. He was just getting out of Jim's taxi !! He passed his phone over to Jim so i could book my ride home.

It's a little bit confusing to me why people have a thing with others expressing their sympathy on this tragedy on social media. If I see a subject on facebook that doesn't involve or interest me, i scroll right past it, and don't read it. If you hate that sort of thing, why read it? Some posts...

I've still got my old palm pilot somewhere. Great device in its day Had tomtom satnav on it too, and a separate GPS device plugged into it, and away you went..... Except, it used to take 5 mins before i could go on a trip, waiting for it to receive gps signals. :emoji_smile:

It happened this morning just before school started.

Kiddie hurt at the Moseley school crossing. Looked bad apparently, but heard later it was minor injuries. Bit of a worry as granddaughter goes to Moseley, so panic until daughter rang to say they were ok. Would have been awful at the time for the child’s mum.

Central heating boilers First house, it was a back boiler behind the gas fire. The cast block casing cracked and pissed water into the lounge. Was told that was extremely rare. 2nd house. Boiler in the kitchen. Came back from holiday and that one had cracked and filled the kitchen up with...

He saved it, and pushed it straight to one of our players to clear. That was brilliant....

It appears she is just using your name as a normal annoyed phrase.. Like "Oh Bollocks"........
