    The Fumigator

I know about a dozen people who are season ticket holders at Wasps, none of them followed CCFC or Cov, but seem to love watching Wasps. None of them understand the stadium situation, or care about that or the politics behind moving a team 100 miles, or that CCFC might not have a home soon. I...

New Statement from SISU re. Council

So, you want Wasps to give up their bargaining position, but not SISU? Wasps gave due warning that this could all come to a head, and it has always been within SISU's power to avoid it without needing to move the club out of Coventry. Their recent press releases seem to have blinded some to this...

    PSG "worst miss ever"

Anyone seen that miss? :D:o Video: Choupo-Moting's almost impossible miss for PSG | Goal.com If he had left it alone, the ball would have gone in. I remember a miss against us, think it was Derby, where if the striker had scored, we would have been relegated. Can't recall who it was, but...

    Another letter...

I read it as CCFC returning to the Ricoh was nothing to do with the council.

The only issue with this is that I think some of the same people saying that, were all over Hoffman's bids as they "weren't on headed paper". As said many times, anything released is used over and over to "prove" someone's views, even if it doesn't. We're all fighting a losing game really, as...

    Sorrento

There's a theatre there where they do "operetta's". Beautiful place, and great fun. Capri of course, but it's very busy in the centre Make sure one of your trips goes down the amalfi cost road. Spectacular and frightening at times. Positano is great, but something to know is that there is a...

I wonder how much the cost will have gone up since it was built?

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

We don't know I guess. But you're saying SISU control what and when Les releases anything? So much for an investigative reporter eh? ;)

Who would give him that "go ahead" ?

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

I'm not sure that's true Rob. Some of the latest stuff that has come out relates back to 2012. I would have thought Les would have told us all about this years ago if he was "in the know" as he always claimed to be. There is still the question as to why SISU have only just released this now...

    Woodlands

I used to work there many moons ago. The staggered start and finish times helped, but it was always better to avoid broad lane as the queues used to be pretty bad, every day.

Are you sure about that? Hasn't there been many issues with the junction with the A45 causing traffic hold ups, including week ends? I think it used to work better before the "improvements".. Maybe that would be part of the infrastructure issues and costs.

Technically, they didn't. SISU put the club into administration

That was a quote from SISU's solicitors? Well, I guess it is indisputable

Don't know. I guess we'll never know the full truth of any of it.

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Well, it has never been straightforward. They did go on a "rent strike", but then claimed it was in agreement with ACL...

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

A different one. "ACL sued in the high court and won the judgment" I think that then led to SISU putting us into administration, as ACL threatened to do so?

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Blimey, there's been that many... Had to google it Guardian In our article we wrote that Sisu “simply stopped paying the rent”. It was not controversial to say so: the club’s withholding of the rent was quite a public act. A month later, after City were relegated to League One, the club’s chief...
