The point being that if we aren’t going to ask for much, he may as well stay with us for cover. He’s on the bench every week and yes he doesn’t play, but we’ve been short of attacking options last few weeks - especially out wide.

Said it before, his wages will be far more than any League 2 club could afford. Wouldn’t be able to justify paying it either because of his lack of games. League 1 clubs may be interested but again none that would take the risk.
Don’t think he will be on a lot here but he did get a new contract...
The fact that Allen and Torp are playing so well means we can actually let Sheaf recover and ease him back into it - instead of rushing back into 90 mins.
If we can get back to his best, which I fully back him to, then we’re laughing.
Torp and Allen look much fitter. Not seen either get around the pitch as much before. If you’d had told me that him and Allen would be our central midfield pairing at the halfway stage, I would have been worried. Been fantastic this week.
