The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Oh, the EU have fucked up big time in the vaccines. But to talk about arguing while their population suffers and dies? Check the figures. How short is your memory? Remember when we had prior warning from places like Italy about this and Johnson chose to ignore it (couldn't even be bothered to...

Well if there's someone who's going to be into every type of Bunga Bunga it's Johnson.

Possibly, but I'm sure that action was within company law under compulsory acquisition. I think they used the argument that without them they wouldn't take over the club, it would've gone under and the shares become worthless anyway. Don't know if other clubs have undergone the same experience...

But who represents them on the board? How do you know that representative won't just be swayed into agreeing with the 'owner'? Would we be happy with a member of the trust on the board representing us?

    Jens Lenhmann

Always thought he was a bit of a self-satisfied prick. Remember once when he let a ball go out of play and then tripped himself up going to collect it. Turned round and tried to start a fight with the nearest opposition player and telling the ref to send him off.

    Jose sacked

Largely agree. He's largely a defensive minded manager (albeit a very good one) and at that level the more attacking/proactive managers will get he better of him more often than not. I think his biggest problem is his ego now. Can't see himself as anything other than brilliant and any failures...

Could have a share issue. But the rules state that anyone currently with shares be given the option to buy shares in the issue first to maintain their overall shareholding, so they'd have to be got around and that's not going to end up in the courts for years is it!

Also how would you prove you were a supporter? How would you stop a stooge buying all those shares and just voting with what they want? Also without the ability to own at least 51% would put a lot of larger investors off. They like being able to do whatever they please.

It wasn't a serious suggestion. Just a sartorial swipe at the manner in which the current owners were allowed to purchase the club.

    Millwall (H) Saturday 8th May, 12:30pm

We've not done it quite so much since Wilson came in, who will put his foot through it more and getting us higher up the pitch. Maybe give him this game to get the nerves of the debut over with and a big incentive to work on it over the summer. Then next season look at a loan.

Why couldn't they just use the club as collateral? That's what the current owners did.
