I guess I'm just used to the top teams playing more expansive football with the resources they have especially when I think of the Fulhams and Bournemouths of the world. I'd be pissed if I was a baggy's fan! I can't decide if we were cancelled out or really played for it.
🤣🤣 I assume you think I'm the apprentice. I happen to disagree with Grendel on the majority of stuff other than the fact you are a clueless bit of gammon who should eat a bag of dicks which you proved during the O'hare thread. Anyway back to the game.
Did anyone else feel WBA set up really defensively today. I have been thinking about how we couldn't get in to the flow and thinking about how they lined up in general and used the break it was almost like they were the away team.
If you look at my posts you will see I have disagreed a lot with all the posters I happen to agree with today but if it makes you feel better you believe what you want buttercup.
Walker needed a run in the team to get his tail up and taking chances. He's very very unlikely to get that so to an extent I'd choose for both to leave but if I had to choose to keep one it would be Walker.
Laugh all you want Nick would confirm. Moved here from GMK in 2010 and have absolutely no need to hide behind lots of user names if I think you are clueless I'm happy to tell you on my only account...
Not a ringing endorsement but felt he offered more than our option off the bench today. There is a player in Walker he just can't seem to bring it out anywhere near enough!
I'd say Kanes crosses were poorer which evens it out for me. Although he got beat down in the corner a few times I thought he broke up play well in the middle of the park.
A lot of players had poor games by their standards just felt like he was trying to grab the scruf more than most in a game where not a lot was coming off for anyone.
Sheaf was up there for MOTM today but mainly for his defensive work in my opinion didn't feel he did much going forward apart from his quick feet n to the box which was class.
Watching a different game to me, Maatson broke up play well good few crosses in. Vast majority of attacks seemed to go down that side when Gyok and O'hare struggled to get in to the match. Thought it was his best game in a while.
