Generally when they announce a player is back on the grass it means the injury has healed and they're back to doing strength and conditioning work, along with basic drills.
If the ACL wasn't considered to have healed then I don't think he'd be doing any running or putting any lateral strain on...
Yeah Blaze came from Solihull. Which is why I think they could be less attached to Cov and open to moving.
As for the cricket, I don't follow it, I just knew they'd put money into the more razzmatazz version.
I think Birmingham has been trying to get ice hockey for years. It wouldn't surprise if they try to poach Coventry Blaze as they occasionally make noises about wanting a bigger arena.
I'm sure I heard something about a cricket academy, as well. And I think Wagner has already put money into T20...
I'm not sure we do need to replace Sheaf. He's already been replaced by Grimes and the progression of Torp and hopefully Eccles and Andrews.
Unless there's an injury crisis it's one area where we have decent cover.
The wings and a proper 10 to cover/challenge Rudoni are more of a priority.
So long as we don't join the protest on the pitch, we should get awarded the points.
If both sets of fans take part it will probably be replayed behind closed doors.
Eccles was knackered from about the 40th minute yesterday. Which is hardly surprising given his lack of preseason and game time. So there's a good chance that he will need to miss at least one of the next two games.
Who knew that Chuck Berry was a Cov fan?
I knew that he recorded one of his biggest hits in the city. But I hadn't realised he'd stuck around afterwards.
I read a comment the other day from a Blackburn fan (or possibly some other team supplied by Macron) that they have their quality issues as well, but the main issue is sizing. Once you get past size L, they don't get any wider, just longer.
This one will be close enough to a sell out that it will be seen as having worked.
The West Brom game could be more of a signal. But if both teams are still going well then that will probably be a decent crowd as well.
