Never heard of him, but a quick look at YouTube highlights (I know!!) would suggest to me that he would be competition for O’Hare, as well as giving another option in AM if we went 1 up front. Warming to the idea.

Not for me. From what I can see he’s kept 3 clean sheets this season, his kicking looked erratic, I believe he was having a miracle game to be honest. I’ll stick with my original (probably unrealistic) ask for Orjan Nyland.

Having had a proper look through now, I’ve narrowed our realistic options to: Christian Walton Sam McQueen Richard Nartey Jimmy Dunne Kyle Edwards

Not on the list, but Nyland (Norwegian keeper) is also a free agent who I’d be looking at.

I do get where you’re coming from, but given his recent injury I’m wondering whether he may change his attitude slightly on needing to be first choice? Moving to the latter stages of his career now and I’m sure he wouldn’t want to end up being unable to walk or similar.

And I would argue we’ve seen how much a 3rd choice striker is still involved this last season.

I’d rather we called it quits at the end of the season. He’s been good in his time here but we’ve seen how quickly things can turn around the age of 34-35.

Maybe I’m foolish but I’m growing convinced that he will sign in the summer.

Have we seen a James/Hamer or James/Sheaf partnership in a 352 yet?

Tonight was the first time I thought he would be a good acquisition for next season. Maybe he is the Kelly replacement after all. However, as I said in another thread, it was against a L1 team in Rotherham.

Don’t mean to downplay the achievement but everyone’s been banging on about how Rotherham are a L1 team so should we be going overboard about this performance?
