James Maddison sell on clause? Bid from WEST HAM

Time will tell It's terrible for fans of clubs that over extend themselves They end up with guys at the end of their careers on huge contracts that have to be honoured and the only way of funding it is to sell the young players who are the club's future Plus the cost of paying up Alex Neil's...

James Maddison sell on clause? Bid from WEST HAM

From what I heard Robo they have a problem with players like Naismith on huge contracts who have no resale value They'll have great difficulty offloading this type of player unless it's on loan with Norwich still paying the bulk of their wages

James Maddison sell on clause? Bid from WEST HAM

That would be more likely - young players moving for the first time normally have a much higher % of any of any resale price

James Maddison sell on clause? Bid from WEST HAM

I think you've hit the nail on the head The players contracts in the Championship are insane compared to League 1 and the revenue it's possible to earn even if the club has a great season The clubs are all gambling on winning promotion As only three of them can the rest of the teams are risking...

I'd personally be happy if it was 67 nationwide It should be really but it would take a brave politician to do this in areas like London where it's currently 60 Really it shouldn't ever be below the age at which pensions start

Reid's Loan Expires on the 6th

I believe he fell out with MR pre season and in the absence of any offers to buy him he went off on loan He's back here now and if he has any sense he will make his peace and work like a dog to win back goodwill with fans, team mates and the manager

    MK Ticket Pricing

Funnily enough I am one of this group, over 60 but still working I don't take any of the concessions like free travel, reduced entry prices etc on the basis that I don't currently need the reductions Just my own approach, I don't say others should do the same but it's what I'm comfortable with

James Maddison sell on clause? Bid from WEST HAM

It seems that Norwich have a financial plan that depends on promotion back to the Premier League this season That appears to be unlikely as things stand Have a look at the report attached. The Chelsea FA Cup replay will help raise some cash but I strongly suspect they will need to sell player(s)...

Sorry to raise this again / Dale Evans

There's nothing new under the sun. This is far from the first time a Walter Mitty has tried to take over a football club. Have a look at the two examples from the link below The guy who took over Aldershot actually went to prison for his fraud Both cases are similar to our present Walter Mitty...
