The current deal at the Ricoh is only financially viable in league 1, wouldn't be viable in championship. Need to own stadium for it to be viable in the championship and above. Discussions on a joint ownership between Coventry and Wasps could be possible further down the line.

They offer them a 50% stake in the Ricoh, I can't see SISU signing up to a long term rent deal with Wasps.

How can it benefit us when the club and the fans haven't been consulted on it.

They have to try and put some positive spin on it. Only way it could have a chance of working, would be a partnership. 50:50 stake in the Ricoh between wasps and us, which won't happen.

Even if all fans defected from CRFC to Wasps as pointed out it wouldn't be more than 1-2k. I can't see many of there current fanbase following them up here either, it just doesn't seem to make sense.
