We are trying to sign Swift but it needs West Brom to give him a pay off because of the wages he is on at West Brom.

if you recall last summer they made a few high profile free transfers and paid big wages to get them …. It was a promotion gamble …. Didn’t pay off …. Very few Championship clubs can match the wages so West Brom would need to use part of the transfer fee to pay off In this case Swift.
