That's exactly what they're doing. According to Billboard no-shows are already running at 40% for concerts, that's in the US but you wouldn't expect it to be massively different here. How many of those people are going to be put off buying tickets for future events when they realise they don't...

Seen a couple of clips on YouTube of the new series and its terrible. Presume if its in the West End its not going to be a run of the same show as it will date quickly. Nice easy work for a writer to be employed for months to tweak the script to current events.

    Cardiff away

Not much we can do about it but not great that with a small squad we're going to get a pile up of fixtures through no fault of our own.

I certainly haven't read them all but I've modelling report I've looked at over the last 18 months of this mess has contained multiple scenarios. On pretty much every occasion all the headlines have only mentioned the worse case scenario.

The problem with claiming these are all work meetings is either people don't believe you or if they do believe you its the most unprofessional workplace in the country with seemingly daily breaks for cheese and wine.

    25% of EFL

Wasn't there a squad trip to UHCW for them to get jabbed? Seem to remember some press around that. Presumably then anyone who isn't jabbed is down to choice rather than them not having got round to it.

That just about sums it up. Need to bat through the last session and Butler has got himself out by treading on his stumps.

    FA/Premier League meeting tomorrow

If they did decide to stop surely they couldn't just try and cram the games in, they've have to add a few weeks to the end of the season. Can see a lot of pressure from Sky and BT being applied so will be interesting to see the outcome. Heard a similar discussion in another sport but the...

The next general election isn't due until May 2024. Its not inconceivable that they get rid of whoever replaces Johnson before then.

    Sepalla: Stay or Go?

Not sure you can answer this without knowing who, if anyone, is waiting to take on the club. Remember when SISU were welcomed by most as 'things can't get any worse'. Lets try and not make that mistake again.

Just a gut feeling but I wouldn't be surprised if we find out down the line that all is not quite as it seems at face value with that. Couple of things have made me a little suspicious. There was a report done that tried to trace back all the research and funding that led to the vaccine and...

Where have you got that we're the only country doing that from? I've just googled several of our nearest European neighbours and they all seem to do the same. Obviously not a definativie answer as I haven't verified their sources but it didn't seem like we were an odd one out. One paper was...

Given that no other pandemic has killed off the human race or gone on forever presumably they burn out at some point. Not sure there's any reliable way of calculating how long that could take though. How long have previous pandemics lasted for?

Heard one pollster being interviewed who said their data showed this was a hugely successful tactic for the Conservatives in the last election so they are certain to repeat it.

LFT is only 50% accurate, although it is rare to get a false positive on a LFT. There was a good post on twitter the other day about the accuracy of LFTs, I'll try and find it.

    Stoke/Millwall/Luton attendances

It was in the US so won't be accurate for here, and pre Omicron, but read an article in Billboard recently that on average 40% of ticket holders are no showing at concerts. If we start seeing those sort of reductions here that would be a significant impact on income.
