Point is he is not employed by anyone at the moment and he has not said he wont consider signing for us (unless I've missed something) looking at his options, while I like most would like him to hurry up its a big decision .Why turn the lad away when it could still be us

Hope we take note for every non -league club in there a former league club has been replaced let us not be one of those Take the bookies odds now third would do nicely.

The hold up might just be our end(ccfc) of things wanting to get the best deal for ourselves knowing full well when you leave it to tribunals the side letting go of a player rarely get the players worth.

    Get behind the team

I don't read the website I do read my emails offering free meals offers of prizes if I buy my S T by a certain time knowing full well that I have not bought it ,not once asking why not. As for the kit launch Q &A could not make it. They know where I am but they perhaps don't want to hear where...

I know time will tell but I think the last part of your comment will be wrong the clubs that want him are 2 leagues above that I know theses teams have money to burn they still see something they feel they can work on .Good luck to the lad if he choses to stay or go.

    Did Sisu appeal?

If there are good relations between Wasps/ACL and CCFC why not carry on and negotiate and see if you can reach an agreement let it be known that this has been done in principal release no details except to from Wasps side making a proviso it needing dropping of legal action but putting a time...

    4th signing - Monday - Liam Kelly

I probably am old enough your dad I do form my own opinion but from what I see not what I read I saw Stokes ever home game last season and stick by what I said. I did not say he's not a good L B as for being older may just have seen a few more L B than yourself but I hoped to be proved...

Were supposed to be self sufficient if so we should be able to compete in this division (Sisu do) well about time we had a change 2 divisions later. Stokes may have played most of his games at L B but I think he lacks to pace and will get caught out said my piece on Haynes.

    Lamieras signs for Plymouth

We were that shit in the league and still he didn't get a game why?

    4th signing - Monday - Liam Kelly

If you count Stokes and Haynes I I think Stokes (when fit) we play most games the central position and Haynes is not a left back in my opinion better suited left midfield

Our crowds if we cannot compete on gates in division 2 we might as well forget it. Even with the expected drop in gates we will still be at the top end of attendances that is without the boost of the Wembley money.

    Kyle Reid

If he stays I think his contribution will be less than last .If we can possibly get rid hope we do.

Shoestring is right and not one of the new players makes me want to rush up to watch them (hope I'm proved wrong). We are still short of goals and cover for L B with the injury prone players we have.

    its our own fault

Whilst not agreeing with some of afan4life's post I think people seem to be too easily pleased with the signing (hope I'm proved wrong)still not enough goals I think.

    Some good old names here

From my memory Jim Melrose missed more goals attempts from 2 or 3 yards out than any other player I've known and still scored 1 in ever 4 games

Akinde and Godden would cost more than Collins in my opinion and we wouldn't even match Luton's offer so cant see us paying more for those 2 as for Wheeler his average is only about 1 in 4 or 10 goals a season not enough for what we need. The first 2 will surely be offered good contracts(...
