Video Frank Lampard and Ellis Simms react to Coventry City's win against Middlesbrough 🎙️

I was going to say exactly the same. He looked like he was buzzing. Great to see. Couldn't help but smile with him.

Unfortunately I can't see him being let go unless a massive fee is offered. There would be numerous clubs interested, including prem. I don't think we had a buy agreement. If he stays with us until the end of the season and we go up then who knows 🙏🏻

I hope Rushworth isn't recalled in January. He is top quality.

Some astute tactical and personnel changes in the second half. Rescued what was looking like heading to defeat.

Really can get back in this if we can keep the ball better. I do worry having early yellow cards on a slippery pitch and fiery game. DaSilva too risky for the first goal and Kitching poor with both. Problem if Rudoni comes on is he has a tendency to want to do too much. We need to keep the ball...

    Dasilva Redemption

Exceptional performance. First touch, intricate passing and some incisive ones, great defensive header and the most composed player on the pitch. Seeing DaSilva playing in the World Cup would be amazing and thoroughly deserved. The only downside is him having potentially playing two crucial...

    Latibeaudiere

His pace is his limitation but he is a solid, aggressive defender who reads the game well. I mentioned on another thread, I don't believe Keiffer Moore would have bullied him as he did Woolfie, despite Lati being a lot shorter. I remember Preston away last season where he was brilliant and one...

    Haji shite

He is frustrating to watch much of the time because when he is on it, he is one of the best championship strikers (and Premiership quality). However, he is off it far too often. The Stoke performance I think was his worst since Sunderland playoffs. Unfortunately, although I hope he will play...

Absolutely a legitimate goal, but it is the type of situation where I could imagine a ref disallowing it. Would have been a travesty if he had.

I just felt it was so slow and lacked offensive quality, until Mason-Clark's incredible strike. Very well managed once we went ahead though.

Van Ewijk was the standout player. Thought he was superb. Wright was dreadful again. Cannot say he hasn't had any service today. His reactions are so slow it is so frustrating. Stoke do not look anything special but I imagine they will be better second half.

Imagine at the start of season if we were told that on game 15 we would play the second placed team, and irrespective of the result we would be above them!

Sakamoto is full of confidence and it shows. He was a little one dimensional under Robins but now much more variation.

What a difference second half. Thomas-Asante didn't have his best game but far more effective in the 10. Love it when Jamie Allen can have a few minute cameo and still affect the game.
