    27 Years!

I was there! We had been on a train that got delayed just outside cov, (had to wait stationary on the track for what seemed like forever, until another train came). Only just made it to wembley in time, (the teams were already out) and got separated from my mates as we entered right at the...

    Fascinating interview

I thought it was a very good interview, the guy talks a lot of sense. While ours and Wimbledons' situations are different, there's a lot that can be learned from their experiences, it's really worth taking the time to listen to this recording.

Ex-councillor Brian Patton to stand v Ann Lucas on Get Cov Back to the Ricoh platform

Where did I assert that the Ricoh is some kind of living entity? You still haven't answered the question, why should we trust sisu with the Ricoh?

Ex-councillor Brian Patton to stand v Ann Lucas on Get Cov Back to the Ricoh platform

Well it was a simple question, but I didn't expect you to give any compelling reason, because even the man running the campaign can't give any compelling reason why sisu should be trusted with the Ricoh, could that be because there are no compelling reasons? You have stated that you trust...

Ex-councillor Brian Patton to stand v Ann Lucas on Get Cov Back to the Ricoh platform

The question was "can (you) explain why sisu should be entrusted with the stadium?" Please explain why we should trust sisu with the Ricoh!

Perhaps then, you can explain why sisu should be entrusted with the stadium?

Ex-councillor Brian Patton to stand v Ann Lucas on Get Cov Back to the Ricoh platform

Perhaps they can come up with a compelling reason as to why sisu can be entrusted with the stadium then?

Wouldnt you agree that we should have some compelling reasons before we entrust them with the ricoh?

No, lets not speculate on scenarios regarding the "new" stadium until there is some actual evidence that it is going to be built, it's got nothing to do with reasons why sisu should be entrusted with the ricoh.

Ian, perhaps you can give compelling reasons as to why sisu should be entrusted with the stadium! All we've had so far is; 1, "sisu couldn't do any worse that ACL/CCC" which, using the football club as an example of their managerial expertise, quite clearly sisu could do much, much worse...

http://getcovbacktoricoh.wordpress.com "This independent campaign is not “pro-Sisu”, but recognises all parties must urgently resume talks over stadium revenues and ownership – not simply a return to having the club as tenants. Many fans believe whoever owns the club should own the stadium...

Before we bang down the council door demanding that they sell the Ricoh to sisu, should we not answer the question as to wether they would be suitable owners? I would suggest we use their stewardship of our club as a gauge. Would you trust them with the stadium?

We're still yet to see any compelling reason as to why sisu should be entrusted with the stadium! All we've had so far is; 1, "sisu couldn't do any worse that ACL/CCC" which, using the football club as an example of their managerial expertise, quite clearly sisu could do much, much worse...

Why do you think so many people have such difficulty believing them?

Which idea? Let sisu own the stadium so they will leave?

Appreciate you getting back to me Ok, Waggott & Pressley are not the club owners, they have nothing to do with this. Your fellow campaigner Stuart Cosgrove, from the Get Cov Back To The Ricoh campaign, said: “It could also be an exit strategy for the owners who, it can be said, are...
