    Structure opposite the train station

Someone told me, no idea if its true, that they had to scrap the demo flights and change it to an exhibition as the flights would currently be illegal!

Not for long as it seems you can't get tests anymore. Been trying for a couple of days to order some as I need to do a test every time I visit my Dad in the care home and it comes up none available for delivery and only available for collection in Wales, Scotland & NI.

    Things that annoy you

god knows, added bonus he must work shifts so sometimes comes home in the middle of the night so I get woken up by it. He's also done that weird thing where people make their exhaust sound likes its about to fall off.

The guy who lives opposite my will sit in his car for 30 minutes or more with the engine and lights on. Its so fucking annoying, especially as he does it no matter what time of night he gets home.

Using that logic wouldn't every home game also have to be behind closed doors which would mean season ticket holders would be after refunds.

There's not a huge amount of data on this, anecdotally it doesn't seem to make much difference. For me the biggest thing would be more thought in the fixture scheduling so no massively long midweek trips.

Fair enough, I've never heard of clubs taking the money players get for doing endorsements, advertising etc but if that's the case its still not really a reason to turn down another viable income stream. IMO the longer they hold off on making games available legally the more people will find...

Its doing just fine because they've moved the goalposts. Instead of just revenue generated by music itself labels now routinely sign artists to 360 deals where they make money of the artists merchandise, touring and basically everything. Can't see that happening in football. Imagine signing a...

Think they've done that thing where we started womens cricket ahead of a lot of other countries so had an advantage but we haven't moved forward and others are catching up. Looks like there's a Womens IPL on the way which will boost them massively.

They're well on the road to making the same mistake the music business made. Head in the sand and assume the problem with go away and by the time you face up to reality your product is completely devalued as everyone is used to getting it for free. Issues like that are often easy to resolve...

But its a weird middle ground. I mean ifollow is flakey when its a game we can legally watch here let alone when you add in VPNs. Just open it up and let those that want to pay to watch games. Removes any excuse for watching illegal streams. Its going to happen at some point so stop delaying the...

Definitely, this winter has been a disaster for the women and when you hear them talk they don't even acknowledge there's an issue! Too many players in the team on name and not performance. Have a clear, get the younger players in and start building to something.

    Car Park C

One of the justifications for the hotel, and the deal the council did with Wasps regarding the land, was that the hotel was desperately needed for City of Culture. That will be over before there's any sign of a brick being laid.

Paying for a steam as an overseas viewer while being in the UK is a grey area at best. I highly doubt the club would get anywhere with legal action. Sky have been trying to go after pubs for years and don't have a a great amount of luck. The obvious answer is to have legal streams and create an...

    USSR invades Ukraine.

I've got a mate who is the biggest leftie you could ever meet and very politically active. Constantly fighting some cause or other. He's a Newcastle fan and was celebrating the takeover, not heard a word from him about the owners.

Stokes has just pulled up bowling his 40th over in a match he was only supposed to be a bits and pieces bowler in. England need 6 wickets in 7 overs, not sure its wise to be risking Stokes. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong.
