    Tom Bayliss

I expect him to sign an improved deal and stay He has good advisors who know it's better for young prospects to be at a club where they play regularly

    Transfer Rumours

Players usually get a signing on fee from the buying club now not a share of any transfer fee Most players like to avoid handing in transfer requests unless they know they have a club to go to and their present club refuses to sell If it doesn't go through and they've rocked the boat they end up...

Conor Chaplin - Signing Confirmed (Finally!)

It's said that players have the power now but that's not the case in the lower divisions unless the player is being chased by club(s) from the top two divisions

Conor Chaplin - Signing Confirmed (Finally!)

It's a bit more complicated than that We've probably made an offer at a level we can afford which Portsmouth will know we can't vastly improve for several reasons, mainly FFP and that we don't have heaps of money The lad or his agent are not in a strong position because of this and the player...

    Sisu' latest accounts

That's what OSB has always said He will be the best one to analyse things It doesn't matter at our level presently as Robins and his team are being allowed to manage without interference That should continue while he brings success unless they are incredibly stupid

Never thought about minimum wage £150 would usually be for 17 year olds on 18 month contract so doubt minimum wage would apply If they got a renewal it would be more like £300 mentioned earlier

Remember with cups we will play well over 50 games this year It would be ridiculous to loan a lad who's already shown he can score goals in men's football He'll be part of the group We don't have a huge number of forwards anyway even before anyone gets injured

    Coventry City 2018/19

We'll do well Have to smile at some of the hysteria on here Bayliss and Sterling have just arrived back. Most people in the game think these lads will play at the highest level Ogogo and Kelly haven't featured yet and Jones is not far away Add Davies and Willis Looks a bit better doesn't it?

He will have to be eased back in after so long off with serious injury so probably a good thing that there are alternatives

Conor Chaplin - Signing Confirmed (Finally!)

I doubt FFP is a problem in the Chaplin deal as McNulty going will take care of the fee and wages It's just a case of Portsmouth wanting a replacement before it's finalised
