If your shirt has King on it, just get the shop to print "wan" in front of King. Then you'll look less of a twat.

I do find the fickle fans quite sickening. They stuck up for King and played down his crimes when he played for us but they'll be the first to call him a dirty sex offender once he's gone.

Please don't lump everyone into that category. There were a lot of people (including me) who were never happy with King being here.

I can't believe some of you actually thought King had an ounce of loyalty or decency in him. We gave him a step up and now he's tossed us aside for more money, I expected nothing more from him.

I was into a pretty intensive weights programme for a couple of months, now I'm easing off them a bit and getting more cardio packed in. My routine now would be, 4-5 days a week 1/2 hour weights with dumb bells then onto some bench work i.e bench presses + 1/2 high intensity on an exercise...
